Dear Friends,

Let me be a ‘dictator’ for a while…

Please keep reading what all I write… kindly oblige!

When I have finished with what I want to communicate, you can then reject, refute, or tear me into pieces with any number of questions, criticisms or attacks.

Do you know how I had this much of guts to challenge?

Because, I know, you will never ever pick up a fight with me for telling the truth that is going to be totally beneficial to you, and to your family.

Of course, a small number of people with some vested interest may get angry. But then, I have to appeal to them not to, and to sacrifice their self interest for the benefit of our people and our nation, in fact, the whole world, for that matter.

One more thing I have to admit.

All my articles are going to be somewhat lengthy. If I don’t back up my statements with enough of evidences, examples, similes and stories, they may not be fully understood. Kindly tolerate me for that as well.

I intend to dramatise the whole lot.

Kindly don’t skip this part – Part-2, and also the subsequent parts, for they are inter-related.

An understanding of this description is crucial for knowing about all other major and minor diseases, including cancer.

Out of necessity, I will be repeating again and again some of the statements and definitions, but in relation to differing descriptions. This too may annoy you… I am sorry for that.

May I insist: kindly read every sentence, even if you knew the details that is being told.

Please do not question me yet, or seek clarifications during the interim period.

· Under-urination (1) (about thrice daily) and chronic constipation (2) jointly give rise to several major non-contagious/non-communicable diseases, including obesity, type-2 diabetes, heart blockages, stone diseases (e.g., kidney, prostate stones), sex problems, erratic menses, tumours, cancers, and a few more (the complete list will be provided later).
· Profuse (body/palm) sweating (hyperhidrosis), asthma, chronic cough and sneezing, and sinus problems are linked to under-urination AFTER consuming excessive water.
· Under-urination and chronic constipation AT THEIR EXTREMES cause LEPROSY.
· EXCESSIVE URINATION after EXCESSIVE WATER CONSUMPTION contributes to skeletal body, pre-mature greying of hair, under-developed breasts, hyperactivity, tension and loss of immunity against ‘virus diseases’ (frequently occurring sore throat, common cold and flu).
· (More will be given at a later date.)
(1) Reduced water consumption would proportionately reduce the quantity of urine excreted. Sweating and dehydration can worsen it further.
(2) Chronic constipation is defined in Ecological Healing System as frequent and incomplete defecation of shapeless, slimy and smelly stools more than once daily, accompanied by frequent emittance of foul-smelling flatulence (gas), being the end result of prolonged and acute constipation, and does NOT indicate diarrhoea as is understood in Western medicine.
